Petroleum items are gathered into four categories: light distillates (LPG, gasoline, naphtha), center distillates (lamp fuel, fly fuel, diesel), overwhelming distillates, and residuum (overwhelming fuel oil, greasing up oils, wax, black-top). These require mixing different feedstock’s, blending fitting added substances, giving short-term capacity, and planning for bulk stacking to trucks, freight boats, item ships, and railcars. This classification is based on the way rough oil is refined and isolated into divisions.
